Retin A - 4 week update

Yesterday marked exactly 4 weeks of using Retin A every 2nd evening.  It has been going really well.  I experience flaking every 2nd day without fail, which is great!  My skin is really sensitive to sunlight - a few days ago I actually got a minor sun burn in the shade?!  I still get a few small breakouts here and there, but nothing to be too concerned over.

I have been getting a lot of use out of my bb creams, because they are hydrating and they have a decent amount of spf in them.  Also, they look way better on the skin than any foundation would when you are going through the flaking process.

My skin is improving day by day.  My pigmentation is definitely starting to fade.  My complexion is brighter.  My skin texture is smoother.  I am just really impressed by my results so far.  As promised, here is a list of the products that I currently rotate:

CLEANSERS

Estée Lauder Perfectly Clean Foam Cleanser

Estée Lauder Perfectly Clean Cream Cleanser

Clinique Rinse Off Foaming Cleanser

Clinique Liquid Facial Soap (mild)

EXFOLIATORS:

Estée Lauder Perfectly Clean Refiner

Clinique Exfoliating Scrub

Clinique Pepstart 2-1 Exfoliating Cleanser

TONERS:

Estée Lauder Perfectly Clean Toning Lotion

Clinique Clarifying Lotion (no 4)

SERUMS:

Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair

Estée Lauder Clear Difference Advanced Blemish Serum

Clinique Smart Custom-Repair Serum

Simon & Tom Pure Swiss Hyaluronic Acid Serum

Vichy Liftactiv Serum 10 Supreme

MOISTURIZERS:

Estée Lauder Enlighten

Clinique Moisture Surge

Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion

EYE CREAMS:

Clinique Smart Custom-Repair Eye Treatment

Vichy Liftactiv Yeux Eyes

MASKS:

Yves Rocher Sebo Végétal Purity Mask

Decléor Prolagéne Lift

Dr Organics Snail Gel Moisture Mask

I have accumulated a lot of products that I need to work through.  I am going to transition into products that are much more gentle, but still effective.  I am really looking into Avéne, because they are very affordable and they get awesome reviews.

I think I am ready to move onto the next level, which is to apply Retin A every evening.  I will do another update after 1 week of doing so, just to let you know how my skin is holding up.

As always - thank you so much for taking the time to read this.  Chat again soon...
