we all suffer from headaches from time to time here are the types of pains.

MIGRAINE RELIEF- --Rubbing The Temples, sniff some peppermint,Cool Down -- And Warm Up warm up the body in a nice hot bath while having an ice pack to your head to cool it down.

 

SINUS--- Steam helps to clear the nasal passage and relieve nasal congestion. It helps to calm the mucus membrane. Take a saucepan and boil water for about 10 – 15 minutes. Drape a towel over your head and inhale the steam to clear the nasal congestion and headache. You can also try by adding few drops of eucalyptus oil and peppermint oil in the steam water and inhale the steam to get rid of the headache.

 

Ginger contains anti-inflammatory and pain killing properties which helps to cure the sinus and headache that was caused by the sinus. You can make a ginger tea by cutting the fresh ginger root into slices and place it in a cup of boiling water for about 10 minutes. Strain the tea and drink this when it is still warm. Or you can take the fresh ginger root and chew it thoroughly. Or you can take it in any supplement form.

 

TENSION----

Do a deep breathing exercise. Deep breathing can help you relax and reduce any stress in your body, including your head.
Close your eyes and take several deep breaths.Exhale slowly, relaxing any areas in your body that feel tight. Picture a beautiful scene, like a sandy beach, a bright sunny garden, or a country road,Take another deep breath and exhale slowly. Continue picturing the beautiful scene in your head.

 

CLUSTER ---- drink lots of water
