For the love of OneDirection

I know that I am a bit late with this one but as a huge fan of One Direction, when I saw their make up at Clicks I genuinely looked like a kid in a candy shop. So I just wanted to share my thoughts. And the cutest thing is that all their products are named after the songs J (awwwww*)

I’ll start off with the lipsticks:

There are 5, of course J and the names are :

Harry – Be Mine

Liam – I want

Niall – Moments

Zayn – I wish

Louis – Rock me

How cute; all are named after their songs J. Not to pick a favourite but I am madly in love with Harry’s – Be Mine. It is the most beautiful stunning striking red I have ever seen. The swatch doesn’t do the shade justice. Liam’s I want is like an iridescent lustrous red, a bit lighter then Be Mine. It’s sort of what I would say like a “pin-up girl red”, you know those classic bright reds. Love it! Niall’s Moments the perfect nudey colour with a little bit of shine. This is my go-to every day colour. I have 10 of Nialls’ ones – I don’t think I need to say anymore. Zayn’s I wish and Louis’s Rock me is a tad bit similar. I wish is a brighter pink – almost like a Barbie pink. At first I didn’t think it would suit my skin tone but when I tried it – I thought it was the perfect pink J Louis’s Rock me is more like a purpley pink – it doesn’t suit my skin tone at all L bought I still purchased it because I didn’t wanna leave Louis out. Would be perfect for fair skinned girls.

Now to the cheek tints I got pink explosion and rose riot. As you can see they are extremely pigmented so a little dab and a little blend gives you the best naturally just pinched looked. Pink explosion – as the name suggests is a cute but subtle pink, suits all skin tones in my opinion and rose riot I would say a more peachy colour.

The eyeshadow palette, to be very honest not all the shades are my favourite but there are also a few shades that I love. All are shimmery but perfect for that pop of colour.

The nail polishes are one of the best! Niall’s gold is my absolute FAVOURITEEEE!! I didn’t do swatches because the colour payoff is what you is what you getJ they last really long on the nails – up to 2 weeks. Two coats are more than enough.

The sad part is that Clicks is now having a clearance sale and all of these are R20 bucks. So stock up if you fell in love with any of these products.
