Running is an all round great exercise for your body!  I prefer it to any other exercise..

Nothing like an early morning run to start the day off refreshed and ready... 

 

yes i love participating in running events and here I am seen at one of my 15km runs i did!! so go on get those limbs moving!

and remember ladies, once you are done exercising give your body enough time to cool down and then take a long bath.. to relax and enjoy your hard work!!

once you put your mind to it-anything is possible.. so start off small with brisk walks and then cross over to running in due time.. you`ll be surprised what you are able to achieve..
