5 Terrible Habits You Need To Quit

I ever so often get in a routine on things and never really think about if it’s good for me , especially when it comes to my skin I admit to not taking care of it as I should. Which is definitely not good.

 

Here are some habits you need to quit today to help your skin become healthy.

  Avoid Picking Scars

When picking the scab off your scar usually from a razor nick or scratch it’s important not to remove the scab as the scar doesn’t fully heal and then you are left with the scar still staying behind.

♥  Over Exfoliating

Exfoliating is good for removing all of the dead cells that clings to your face. But it’s important to remember not to overdoing it can result is irritated and flaking skin.

♥ 3 Try to Blow Dry Less

Extreme heat from the blow-drier can leave you with broken capillaries, which can become permanently broken over time.

 Sleeping On Your Face

This causes unwanted fine lines and wrinkles, so always try to sleep on your back as best you can to avoid it.

♥ Avoid Biting Or Licking Lips

Dry lips are uncomfortable, but licking your lips is not the best solution. Saliva dries, taking any natural moisture with it and the result is cracked lips( which is not attractive)

 

I hope this information is useful these are common mistakes I am guilty of it’s definitely habits I am trying to break.
