And sadly it is!its a vitamin E infused dermatologist tested lipstick centre surrounded by a matching lip gloss infused with sparkle surrounding that centre! It looks like a jello liquoroo if you will! It comes in a classy silver case with a snap on clear lid very similiar to the ones Loreal used to have! It's absolutely comforting to wear! Soft and glides on smoothly! Thing is it gives a very faint wash of colour and i found myself applying about 3 layers to each lip to get a suitable wash of colour! It has a sparkle to it as a lot of glosses do! I however am averse to sparkle although it does enhance the pout effect and make lips look soft n full! The colour i bought was Plumberry and I'm glad i held myself back and bought just one! I will probably wear a long wear drying formula under and use this ontop! Defeats the purpose when it can't be used as a standalone despite being marketed as a lipgloss lipstick in one! To its advantage though it's the most comfortable comforting formula i have ever used!
