Firstly, I love the pump action foaming mechanism. The Cleanser has a nice gentle scent and is gentle on sensitive skin. However, it doesn't remove anything more stubborn than moisturiser, you need to remove make up before using this cleaner, or alternatively wash your face twice. My other grip is that the foam disappears or flattens within seconds, before I can get a good lather on.
