Firstly, the colour is amazing. It is a creamy blue colour with a gentle blue shimmer which you can see at certain angles in the light. Arctic waters is a perfect name for this cool, relaxed nail polish. Perfect to wear if you're at the beach or sitting by the pool. My manicure lasted relatively long considering I did not apply a top coat. I re applied the polish after 4 days. I was given this polish so I am not aware of the price but I have seen most Avon polishes retail for around R89. I find this a bit pricey for a brand like Avon but they do have sales often so if you see them on special, take the opportunity and buy a few.
