The liner is a powder, so when you apply it, it will leave very-hard-to-get-off specks all over your cheeks. I think if the product were more moist, that issue could be resolved. It's just very tricky to use. I ended up using some paper under my lower lash line to help "catch" the falling specks but that's kind of a pain.
