To use it, I apply a thin layer to my face and wait for the mask to transform from black to a light grey colour as instructed on the packaging. It is meant to deep clean, but I am just not left with that fresh clean face feel. The formula is waaaaayyyyy too creamy and the granules disappear quite quickly as you work them over your skin. I am also left with a film on my face. I just think that this cleanser is far too gentle and hydrating for deep cleaning / oily skin.
