After washing and deep conditioning my hair, I apply this leave in conditioner while my hair is damp then i follow with my oil and butter to seal. I section my hair into 8 small sections and apply to each section, combing it through to make sure it goes in. Then I twist each of the 8 sections to keep my hair stretched. You can do this to fewer sections, depending on your hair length.
It is light weight and doesn't weigh down my hair. It completely dissolves once it dries up and I don't end up with white flakes on my hair. It smells delightful like the rest of this Aunt Jackie's range. It's kind of like a signature scent, like the bright colours that you cannot miss when you're doing your shopping.
It leaves my hair soft and my wide tooth comb glides through, making it fairly easy to detangle my hair. My hair stays soft for days, making moisturising it a breeze when I follow with my oil and butter to seal in the moisture.
It's a constant repurchase for me and I recommend it especially when you have very coily hair. The leave-in just clings onto my hair follicles keeping them smooth and hydrated. Of course you must seal this in, else it will go to waste.
The leave-in contains Marshmallow Root and I believe it makes all the difference. Marshmallow Root is great for soothing and relieving the scalp and hair but it’s also super slippery so it’s great for getting and keeping those knots out of your hair.
I have been using aunt jackies quench since going natural in September 2017 and have never looked back again. Its extremely moisturizing and leaves my curls feeling juicy and bouncy right up to my next wash day. Definitely a product all naturals should use out there. So far the best leave in i have used and super affordable.
I love this leave in, definitely one of my faves. Use this product before applying your curl cream and girllll your hair will be so moisturised its insane. It's lightweight and smells incredible

I'm currently growing my hair out starting my hair journey and I swear by auntie jackie products, it defined my curls and my hairy looks healthier than ever, although it's a bit more on the pricy side every penny is worthit trust me
Love, love, Love this product. I have been using it for the past 4 months and i must say I don't regret it at all. I have very coarse hair (4c hair) which is normally hard to manage but this baby right here made combing through feel like a dream. Makes hair soft and manageable. Hydrates dry hair. Gives you hope. Price is a bit higher than some but it is definitely worth it. Lasts for a while.
I have straight hair that is dry, damaged and therefore frizzy. I use this on my hair after blow drying it and it is instantly silky, soft and tame. Aunt Jackie’s is not just for curls, the leave in conditioner in conclusion with Aunt Jackie’s half and half spray is to die for if you have A) dry hair B) frizzy hair C) damaged hair D) thick, unmanageable hair E) curly hair F) been growing out your hair for long and have split ends G) all of the above!
Plus the smell of the leave in conditioner is to die for!
I love that this product is a thinner consistency than most leave in conditioners as it doesn’t weigh down my curls and leave them looking limp and greasy !
I use this in conjunction with the curl la la and it’s a match made in heaven for my 3B hair!
This product smelled absolutely divine. The packaging is incredibly adorable. The bottle is also very convenient to carry around with you.
However, the leave-in did not agree with my hair. I have 3b/c hair type. I literally felt like I was putting water on my hair. Thus, I would end up using approximately half of the bottle which wasn't worth it pricewise.
