What better way to bring a trying and tiring week to a close other than to talk cosmetics!
MAC was at the centre of our discussion as we continued to share our lust-haves must-haves. Our beautiful bevy of BB Insider MAC Addicts once again divulged which products spotted on the online store they were gushing over.
The brands cult classic paint pots in Indian Wood, Soft Ochre and Groundwork (R230) were a firm favourite while in-the-know BB Insider Melissa de la Croix wished she had purchased more from the MAC Wash and Dry Collection.
“I want more of the MAC Wash and Dry Collection… My new MAC Wash and Dry lipstick in Crème de Nude (R230) is doing fantastic and the wonderful (MAC Wash and Dry Washeteria) nail polish (R155) is to die for!”
As de la Croix also expressed that she was still enjoying her Viva Glam purchase, Monique Rachman confessed she was still dying to get her hands on Miley’s two sure-fire hits. The savvy BB Insider sneakily added in, “I was going to (order it online) but I mentioned to my boyfriend that I want it for my birthday next week so hopefully he took the hint.” Placing orders through MAC’s online store was described as “easy” and we can’t help but to agree.
Another MAC lust-have mentioned was the iconic Mineralise Skin Finish Highlighting Powders (R350). One BB Insider disclosed that while her MSF powder Lightscapade didn’t survive a fall, she now has her eyes set on Soft and Gentle as a replacement.
We also touched on appropriate lippy wintertime shades and MAC’s lipsticks in Rebel, Diva and Sin (R195) were recommended but the MAC lip liner in Nightmoth (R180) also made the cut.
After a fun-filled afternoon of discussing which MAC products to love and try, we couldn’t end the chat without asking Melissa whether she was still in love her Miley Cyrus Viva Glam purchase. She responded, “My Viva Glam is still as fantastic as always!” To top it off, Monique was certain she would be spending “more than she should” while shopping MAC’s online store.
