Whoever said nail art is only for teeny-bopping frequenters of Coachella alone was wrong. Wearable in the stuffiest of offices, or to dinner and drinks with your girls, you’ll love these easy nail art looks.

NUDE-TUDE

Nude nails are the epitome of understated elegance. With a creamy beige base coat, any colour or design painted on top will appear effortlessly sophisticated.

  1. Apply two coats of Nails Inc nail colour in Basil Street (R115, Edgars and Red Square stores).
  2. Once dry, cut out miniature triangles on a small sheet of paper. Hold stencil steady with the base of the triangle as close to the cuticle as possible and fill in the triangle shape with Bourjois La Laque in White Spirit (R105, Clicks).

MONOCHROMATIC STRIPS

Black and white is neutral yet statement-making. Prevent these classic paints from overpowering your look by refocusing their role on your nails.
