On to the High Protein Face Care
Five simple products have been launched, each with 2 x 30 second exercises to go along with them. The exercises target common skin issues like the dreaded double chin and, sagging brows and slackening jawline. Nothing lengthy and time consuming, just 60 seconds of innovative exercises – sometimes you even apply resistance, just like you would do in the gym. Example of an exercise below:
Why High Protein? Because the products work on protein on every level of your skin. The keratin on the surface, the crucial collagen and elastin on the next level, and the muscles just below that.
A great plus is that all five products are made to suit all skin types. How is this possible? The products are packed with active ingredients, yet the formulas are incredibly lightweight. You do, after all, want your products to penetrate to where it can do it’s job, and not sit on the surface. The only skin type it is not advisable for is those prone to breakouts or acne
Main active ingredients are algae extracts, peptides, vitamins, anti-oxidants, hyaluronic acid, omegas, grape stem cell extracts, pre- & probiotics and collagen boosters.

Very gentle soap and sulphate free cleansing gel cleans deeply without leaving skin feeling tight. Paired with super stretch and mini face yoga exercises to release all signs of stress and boost circulation. R350 for 150ml
Mighty Moisture – High Protein Day & Night Moisturiser
‘Your lightweight superhero with a powerful moisturising punch’ This product is packed with active ingredients and is intended to fulfil the function af day & night creams, serum & primer. Paired with check plumping + face lifting exercises. R635 for 50ml
Eye Know – High Protein Eye Serum
Multi purpose solution for all your eye needs: 24 hour moisture, de-puffing, dark shadow zapping, lightening and lifting. Paired with brow lifting + under-eye smoothing exercises. R510 for 15ml
Love Your Life Lines – High Protein Deep Line Reducer
An Anti-Ageing, light reflecting cream to diminish existing lines and wrinkles. This products helps with deep level repair whilst protecting against formation of new lines. R610 for 30ml
Nexercise – High Protein Neck & Jawline Concentrate
Targets the neck & jawline with a mega moisturising, collagen-boosting formula to plump, lift & smooth in order to tighten double chins and turkey necks. Paired with double chin-fighting and jawline-tightening exercises. R595 for 50ml
