Cat-eye/ Winged eyeliner tutorial + review

It is very hard for a person like me, with slightly hooded lids to pull off the cat-eye/ winged eyeliner look because it smudges and it hardly shows. This Essence liquid ink is amazing because it has a thin application brush and it dries up quickly which avoids it smudging. I Love it !
